In the highlands of Balamban, you will find this super cozy and lovely bamboo treehouse called The Treehouse de Valentine. It’s yet another ideal place to relax and spend some quality time with your family and friends.
This bamboo house is built and designed beautifully. It’s got that rustic touch and yet it’s lavish at the same time. Right below the house is this beautiful river that guests would definitely love.
Below the house, there are a hammock and bamboo chairs for guests to chill at and just do nothing. Time here definitely moves slowly, similar to when you’re at the beach. I can imagine how some good world music would sound so lovely in the background while you guys just unwind. That or you guys can just listen to the natural sounds of mama earth and enjoy the peace it brings.

At the Treehouse de Valentine, guests would feel absolutely far from the city noise, no loud cars and definitely no air pollution. Sounds really inviting, no? Guests would inhale all the beauty in here, for sure.
The bedrooms are designed so well, they’re aesthetically pleasing. It would be so hard for you to get up and leave that gorgeous bed, plus the view from there. Mm mmm. I personally love the big glass door designs in the bedrooms – that can be moved to the sides so guests can let all the air and light come in.
And the beds have a mosquito net draping that’ll protect guests from mosquito bites at night. However, just bring some citronella oil to avoid getting mosquito bites when you’re out and about. Especially when you have kids and babies with you.
Guests can bathe and have some alone time in your own wooden bathtub. There are three bathrooms in the treehouse, there’s enough for everyone. 😉 There’s also a kitchen, which guests can use to make their meals at.
In the morning, enjoy a good cup of coffee or sip on your tea by the balcony, overlooking the river. Bliss! There’s also a rocking chair in the balcony, guests can enjoy reading their book there. Maybe even practice some yoga and meditation in here – the place is so ideal for this.
Then after a hot and sweaty yoga practice, you guys can then take a dip in the river or better yet go explore the forest by hiking and taking a lot of photos in these beautiful surroundings.
Guaranteed, you’d want to have your own treehouse after staying here. It’s absolutely lovely!

The entire house can be booked for Php 10, 000 a night. The place is good for 8 guests maximum. Infants don’t count toward the number of guests.
Bedroom 1 – has 1 king bed and 2 single beds, Bedroom 2 – has 1 king bed and Bedroom 3 – has 1 king bed

Check-in time is after 3 PM
Check-out time is at 11 AM
The Treehouse de Valentine is located in Brgy. Hingatmonan, Balamban, Cebu. The place is approximately 52 km from the city and may the drive may take up to 2 hours to get to the place.
CAR: The most convenient way to get to the place is through a private or rental car. The host will give you the exact location of the treehouse. Once the booking has been confirmed, the host will also give the proper directions on getting to the place. There is parking space for the guests’ car.
