The beach, however, isn’t ideal for swimming because of the mangrove plants.

Costa Roca Resort Club is located in Pondol, Balamban, Cebu. The resort is approximately 50 KM from the city of Cebu via Transcentral Highway.
VAN via TRANSCENTRAL HIGHWAY: Take a van ride from the Ayala Terminal to Balamban Proper. Get down on the town proper and take a pedicab ride to Pondol in Balamban – at the Costa Roca Resort Club. You can also tell the driver to drop you at the Binghay Marine Park.
BUS via TOLEDO ROAD: Take a bus bound to Balamban Highway from the Cebu South Bus Terminal. Tell the driver or conductor to drop you off at the Costa Resort Club at Pondol, Balamban.
PRIVATE/ RENTAL CAR: The most convenient way to get to the resort is through a private or rental car. Just search Cebu Costa Roca Beach Resort on Google Maps or Waze, and follow the directions to the place. The place is approximately 1.5 hours away from the city – via Transcentral Highway or 2 hours via Toledo Wharf Road/ Toledo – Manipis Road/ Toledo – Tabunok Road from Cebu City.
