The Department of Manpower Development and Placement Cebu City has now opened new slots for its training program, which will start in January 2023. DMDP offers FREE TRAINING for both Technical and Vocational Courses. In just a span of three to four months, you will already be equipped with the necessary skills (and a certificate!) to help you better find a job, be it here in the Philippines or abroad.
