Some good news for Cebuanos in this time of crisis. Our good doctors have offered to help those in need of medical consultation for FREE. The Sugbo Volunteer Doctors Online will start to go online on Monday, the 6th of April, 2020. Starting from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 

Sugbo Volunteer Doctors Online is a group of Doctors (Medical and Surgical Specialists) affiliated with different hospitals in Cebu who volunteered during this time of COVID-19 crisis to provide care to patients in need of NON-EMERGENCY medical attention in the form of FREE MEDICAL CONSULTATION. The Doctors utilize TELEMEDICINE as a tool in this purely humanitarian endeavor. They strongly advise that you follow their rules on how to book an appointment and accept their Terms and Conditions for this free service.

2. Read the TERMS and CONDITIONS. 

3. Follow the instructions on the MENU bar.

GUIDELINES: 

1. Please follow the Process otherwise you will not get an appointment. 

2. Read and Understand the Terms and Conditions for the offered service. 

3. We cater only to NON-EMERGENCY cases. 

4. DO NOT send messages directly to Doctors. The process for online consultation will be given after a confirmed appointment. 

5. Consultation is limited to 15 minutes per appointment. Please prepare pertinent data like laboratory test results, previous medical records, and prescriptions. 

6. Be patient. Wait for your appointment confirmation. 

7. Be on time online as scheduled and wait for our message. 

8. This service will only be available DURING the duration of the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Cebu.
