Every day is the perfect day to come and enjoy a chilly night with friends in the mountains while munching on mouthwatering pizza, pasta, fries or rice. These dishes sound too common but hey, Fabio’s make sure that you would come back for more. If you haven’t heard of Fabio’s just yet, now is the time.
Based on their Facebook reviews of 4.4. stars, Fabio’s is well loved by their customers. The ambiance, food and the service are being talked about all over social media. That’s good enough reason why you should try their food!
Fabio’s Kitchen is a very cozy spot in Busay where you can eat filling dishes, drink cold beer and enjoy a beautiful scenery altogether. It is very refreshing to be able to take modern “chill” moments up there! They have outdoor tables and chairs– a really nice option for a chilly Busay experience.

Pizza and beer is a combo that’s hard to resist. Their pizza looks like it just came out fresh from the oven– in Italy! Can you eat an entire pizza all by yourself?
They also have their own version of the famous chicken wings. And theirs look absolutely appetizing.
They have a lot on their menu including cheesy fries, lasagna, porkchop, burger, pancakes and even champurado with dilis! They also serve halo-halo.
Menu
For their menu, they have starters which consist of chicken wings, fries, corn chowder, onion soup and garden salad. You can never go wrong with these options! The wings are 195 pesos, fries are for 155, soups are 95 and salad is 95 pesos.
For sandwiches, they have BLT (175) which is basically a 6-inch burger with bacon, lettuce and tomato, spicy tuna mayo, 175 pesos as well, sloppy dog (sausage) for 195 pesos, and cheesesteak for only 195.
If you love pizza, you should try at least one of their 6 flavors– Provence, Hawaiian, Margheritta, Pepperoni, Four Cheese and Breakfast Pizza. All great flavors for 295 pesos only (Margheritta is 250 only)
For pasta, the options are 6: Lasagna, Pesto, Marinara, Carbonara, Mac & Cheese and Bolognese. How can you go wrong? Prices range from 195-235 pesos only!
For rice meals, you have Porkchop (285), Mix & Match (Porkchop + choice of pasta) that’s 285 as well, Chicken ala King for 235 and Curry Baked rice for only 235 pesos.
Lastly, their breakfast food! They offer buttermilk pancake for 110, bakes eggs & toast for only 135, champorado for 120 pesos and garlic rice sets for 195. Not bad, right?
Location
The easiest way to get to Busay w/o private vehicles is getting a habal-habal from JY Square, Lahug. To get to JY Square, hail a jeepney that says 04H or 04I.
