Policios Waterpark Resort & Spa is a serene and quaint little resort located in Brgy. Sangi, Asturias. It’s a great place for family and friends who wants to spend some quality time at a resort with a pool and beach access. It’s ideal for a BBQ and chill kind of get together with friends.
The beach at the resort is also nice, though it’s quite rocky. So, remember to bring some beach shoes for you especially if you have kids with you. I love the rooms at the resort, they look so cozy and I like the design. Plus the view from the rooms are amazing, you will have a beautiful ocean view.
You will find that the resort is surrounded by endemic plants – both flowering and non-flowering, different trees and also coconut trees. There are also cottages available for rent for those who aren’t staying overnight. It’s good enough for a few groups of friends and family. By the pool, there’s chairs and tables with parasols to shade you from the scorching heat of the sun.
Guests will also find small wooden benches situated around the gardens of Policios Waterpark Resort. The place gives off a romantic and a very relaxing vibe, especially when you get lucky and have the place all to yourselves. It’s basically a big garden area with a pool and cozy huts as their accommodations. I just love the greens and blues all over.

CAR: The most convenient way to get to the resort is through a private or rental car. Just search Policios Waterpark Resort and Spa on Google Maps or Waze and follow the directions. It’s about 67 KM from the city proper and travel time may take up to 2 hours.
BUS: Go to the Cebu South Bus Terminal and get on a bus that’s bound for Toledo/ Tuburan. Travel time may take from 3 to 4 hours from the terminal. Tell the driver or conductor to drop you off at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Owak. And then take a habal-habal ride to Policios Waterpark.
VAN: A faster commute to the resort is through a v-hire. Go to the Ayala Terminal and look for the van that’s bound for Tuburan. Tell the driver to drop you off at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Owak. And then take a habal-habal ride to Policios Waterpark.
