The resort is right along the National Highway that runs from the South Bus Terminal in Cebu City to Bato, which is at the southern tip of the island. It is roughly a 2 hour drive from the city depending on the traffic.
If you are travelling by private vehicle, just follow the map above to Dalaguete. Once you reach Dalaguete, keep driving through it until you pass a Petron Garage on your right and the Central Elementary School on your left. Keep on the road and you will go around a 90 degree right hand bend, drive a further 100 meters and you will see the resort on your left. It cannot be missed.
From Cebu City, go to Cebu South Bus Terminal and ride a bus bound to Dalaguete and ask the driver or conductor to drop you off at Ocean Bay Resort.
