It can get you from Cebu city to Asturias, Toledo, Balamban, and other municipalities along the north western and western areas of the island in as short as 2 hours. This mountain highway is also a favourite road trip route since you get to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful mountains of Cebu. This major 33 kilometre road stretches from Plaza Housing, Lahug to Barangay Prenza, in the municipality ofBalamban.<\/p>\n
