Up To Php 60,000/year Scholarship for Engineering & Accountancy College Students 2023

More than anyone else, we, Cebuanos greatly place a high value on education. Getting a degree is like a key that opens a whole new world, most especially to those coming from the marginalized sector.

But we also know how the cost of education can be so expensive here in the Philippines. Not only that parents have to deal with the tuition that continues to increase every year, but inflation has also tremendously affected the prices of basic school commodities, including books, school supplies, uniforms, and even the fare of going to and fro school.

Gaisano Capital Foundation Inc. is Now Accepting Applications for Scholarship Program

Fortunately, Gaisano Capital Foundation Inc. now opens applications for students who would want to pursue Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cebu.

If you are an incoming first year, or 2nd to 5th-year college student in the University of Cebu (transferees and shiftees are also welcome to apply!), then this is your chance to get a grant and sponsorship to a maximum of P60,000 per school year from the Gaisano Capital Foundation Inc.!

Here’s How to be a Gaisano Capital Foundation Scholar

Interested applicants must have an average of at least 85% or its equivalent in the prior semester. Those who are already in college must not have any failing grades or NG, DR, NC, or W in the previous semesters.

To qualify interested applicants to need to:

• fill up Scholarship Application Form that can be obtained in the Foundation Office; and
• submit a 2×2 ID picture with white background, signed Certificate of Good Moral Character from the School’s Guidance Office, official school print of the latest grades, Certificate of Good Health from the school physician, and photocopy of other relevant certifications, awards, and seminars attended.
• For those who are dependents of a Gaisano Capital employee: Parent/Guardian must be a regular employee for at least three consecutive years and must never be submitted to any disciplinary action.

Once completed, place all documents (including the Application Form), in a sealed brown or expanded envelope and hand it into Gaisano Capital Foundation Inc. located at Gaisano Capital Incorporated Offices, General Maxilom Avenue Extension, NRA, Cebu City.
